Using NetBanking is both convenient and easy. The pictures and instructions below are designed to help with the most common features.

Should you have any additional questions, you can get more information:

Log in to NetBanking

  1. Click on the login prompt
  2. Enter your ID
  3. Verify the picture that appears is the one you selected
  4. Enter your PIN and click submit

An important note for the first time you log in to NetBanking: Your ID and PIN number were given - or mailed – to you when you signed up for NetBanking. The first time you log in, you won’t have a “picture” to confirm. NetBanking will prompt you to select your picture when you log in. Follow the easy instructions to enact this additional layer of security for your accounts.

View your transactions or statements

  1. To view your most recent transactions, select “Transactions” from the drop down menu or click the “Transactions” tab on the menu bar.
  2. If you want to see more transactional history, select a different period of time in the “View Transactions Since” drop down bar.
  3. To find a specific transaction, use the “Search Transactions” option from the “View Transactions Since” drop down bar. Enter the search criteria and hit submit!
  4. To see an entire statement, select “Statements” from the drop down menu, or click the Statements tab. NetBanking statement history is available for 3 months. Should you require information about a payment more than 3 months old, contact us or refer to your mailed or electronic statements.

An important note about statements – you can switch to electronic statements and discontinue receiving paper statements. You’ll get an email from us each month when your statement is available online!

Transfer funds between accounts

  1. Select “Transfers” from the drop down menu, or click the “Transfers” tab on the menu bar.
  2. Select an account from the “Add Transfer From” drop down menu on the right.
  3. Complete the fields and submit. Be sure to print your confirmation.

Download Transactions

  1. Select “Download” from the drop down menu or click the “Drop Down” tab on the menu bar.
  2. Choose your “Download Range” and “Format” and click submit
  3. Right click the link and choose “Save Target As”
  4. Upload the data into Microsoft® Money (.OFX), Intuit® Quicken (.QFX), Personal Finance (.QIF), Spreadsheet (.CSV) and word processing (.TXT).

Change your email address, PIN and/or Personal ID

  1. Select the “Options” tab from the menu bar.
  2. Select the “personal” option.
  3. Enter your new email address, PIN and/or Personal ID in the labeled spaces, and press submit.

Give your accounts nicknames

  1. Select the “Options Tab” from the menu bar.
  2. Select the “Account” option.
  3. To give your accounts nicknames, select the “Account Pseudo Names” option.

Change the number of accounts, transactions or period of transfer history

  1. To change the number of accounts, transactions and amount of transfer history that shows, select “Display Options”

Set an alert

  1. Select the “Options” tab from the menu bar.
  2. Select the “Alerts” option.
  3. Click “Add” to establish a new alert.
  4. Complete the form and hit submit.
  5. Your alert will show on the NetBanking Account Listing Page.
  6. To change an alert, simply use the “Edit” option.
